There’s one insurance carrier out there that has kept their CAPS higher than the rest over the last few months. Athene Holdings, formally RBC still has extremely competitive CAPS.  They have annual CAPs as high as 5%, monthly caps as high as 3.25% and even a quarterly cap at 2.75%.  Beyond high caps, Athene also offers an income rider with a 7% compound guarantee.
